What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced and hard-working account manager, with care industry experience, to join our team, to grow our client base and manage a cohort of clients and carers.

The role is primarily based from home, working with clients to help them understand their needs and to guide them through their carer acquisition process. We have meetups once or twice a quarter and, if location permits, a short in-person training period.

Who we are:

PrimeCarers is an Introductory Service, focused on revolutionising the care industry. Our platform not only makes it easier for our clients to find a carer that they love, but also makes the care they receive affordable too. It works in a similar way to Uber/Task Rabbit and is currently growing very quickly.

The PrimeCarers platform was created four years ago to shake up the care market, securing higher wages for carers while lowering the cost of care for individuals. We're doing this by automating many of the functions of a traditional care agency so that we can take a significantly smaller fee. We're also placing control into the hands of patients to select and work with their own carer, without having to manage tedious contracts, payments and day-to-day itineraries, whilst still maintaining a level of support.

About the job:

At the heart of our success is our Account Management approach to delivering value to clients. Each client gets their own Care Manager (you), so that they have a single point of contact at PrimeCarers.

We take a consultative approach, so this is less sales, more consultation and assistance. There are few to no cold calls, no hard selling, all enquiries are warm and inbound. We want what is best for our clients, and sometimes that means directing them towards other ways of finding care, whilst helping them to understand the value PrimeCarers can offer.

About your responsibilities:

  • Calling and engaging with warm inbound leads to help them understand what they need, and how PrimeCarers can help.
  • You will take ownership of this relationship to help them through the various stages of their carer search and booking.
  • You will then manage this relationship on an ongoing basis
  • Over time, you will build and maintain a large customer base of your own, which all contributes directly to your earnings.

You will use:

  • Your knowledge, experience and empathy you have from working within the care sector
  • Your understanding of website and guiding clients through it
  • Our CRM to keep track of your clients and opportunities

About you:

  • Experienced within the Care sector
  • Good and consistent communicator
  • Strong track record of achieving KPIs
  • High standard of customer service

The Benefits:

Working Hours:

  • Core hours are 11-3, which means you must be online at this time (you can, of course, have lunch during this period!).
  • We expect people to work the hours that enable them to get the work done. For example, we do not stipulate that you must work a 9-hour day.
  • We are lucky that our current team is autonomous and motivated, and we hope everyone we bring on board in the future is too.

Work from Anywhere:

  • You can even work from a different country for up to 45 days per year
  • You could tag this onto the beginning of a holiday or just move to Greece for a month

Extra Bits:

  • At least one of our two shutdown periods for the whole customer team (one is usually last week of August and the other is between Christmas and New Year’s Day)
  • Birthday off (or a substitute day if on the weekend)
