Job summary

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of client communications, task management and delivering projects /results. This will include taking part in meetings internally and with clients; often leading them.

We are looking for someone with a passion for effective process and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Client:

  • Continuously build client relationships and work with them and our internal teams to provide the best results possible on their marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure strong planning, service delivery and a maintain a solid client/agency relationship.
  • Working with clients on marketing strategy and seeing these strategies through to reality.
  • To attend client meetings and collate notes and action points.
  • Follow up all meetings with action points to all attendees.
  • Ensuring these tasks are added to asana in a timely manner with as much detail as possible.
  • Ensure client Gantt charts are kept up to date on an ongoing basis.
  • Helping the agency team by chasing up elements required from clients and other agencies.
  • Ensuring anything that needs to be sent for review to the client is sent in a timely manner.
  • Help with client onboarding and documentation.
  • Ensure monthly reports are sent off to clients each month.

Agency:

  • Support the team in their day to day by answering any project management related questions.
  • Support the upper management team with project queries.
  • Continuously look for areas of improvement within the agency and our processes.
  • Produce client Proposals following on from client sales meetings.
  • Highlighting and working with your team on areas that need improvement.

Personal:

  • Continuously look at improving personal time management and processes.
  • Look to expand knowledge with the services we provide as an agency.

Skills and experience

  • 2+ years experience in an account manager, or equivalent, role.
  • Experience using project management software like Asana, Monday.com, Jira etc.
  • Experience dealing directly with clients and building relationships.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (We use G-Drive as an agency.)
  • Experience with client communication and attendance at client meetings.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to manage own time and juggle priorities.
  • Any other agency skills are a bonus.
  • Marketing or Project Management qualifications are welcomed but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
