An exciting opportunity has arisen within The Integrated Community Care Directorate, we are seeking a full time Administration Assistant to join our Centralised Business Admin Team (CBAT). This role is vacant due to staff moving on in their careers within the NHS and reflective of the supportive environment that ICC has developed for its Administrative Staff.
CBAT is a small team that supports the whole directorate operationally ensuring that our community based, clinical teams have everything they need when they need it. This is a flexible back-office role, with the added opportunity to work from home some of the time. The role is based at Northern General Hospital and Firth Park Clinic.
The team also supports the ICC management team in the management of annual leave and absence and supports new starters with equipment and uniforms.
This is just a flavour for the role and how pivotal it is to the operational flow of the directorate.
