Job Description


The Administrator role is a broad role that undertakes a wide variety of tasks.

  • Creating documents in Word, Excel & PowerPoint with associated up to date branding, reformatting of documents.
  • Proficient in Outlook / Diary Management.
  • Assisting with new starter procedures.
  • Advantage System
  • Ordering mobile phones
  • PPE
  • It Equipment
  • Flowers
  • Invoicing
  • Arrange business travel/accommodation and car hire through FCm
  • Salesforce to be updated every month
  • Update all staff CVs and profiles for bids
  • Support arranging internal/external events
  • Provides administrative support to one or more managers within a group, office or business unit including some of or all of the following: prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Qualifications


Experience in any of the following tools and applications would be advantageous but not essential

  • Advantage – Raising PO’s for use with the VCA (Virtual Credit Card)
  • Advantage – Ordering, IT, PPE, Amazon
  • Oracle – for timesheets and expenses
  • Smartway – for booking desks and meeting rooms
  • Bluepoint - for booking guests into the building
  • MarkView – for approving invoices
  • FCM – for booking travel
