Job Description
The Administrator role is a broad role that undertakes a wide variety of tasks.
+ Creating documents in Word, Excel & PowerPoint with associated up to date branding, reformatting of documents.
+ Proficient in Outlook / Diary Management.
+ Assisting with new starter procedures.
+ Advantage System
+ Ordering mobile phones
+ PPE
+ It Equipment
+ Flowers
+ Invoicing
+ Arrange business travel/accommodation and car hire through FCm
+ Salesforce to be updated every month
+ Update all staff CVs and profiles for bids
+ Support arranging internal/external events
+ Provides administrative support to one or more managers within a group, office or business unit including some of or all of the following: prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies.
+ Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
+ Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Qualifications
Experience in any of the following tools and applications would be advantageous but not essential
+ Advantage – Raising PO’s for use with the VCA (Virtual Credit Card)
+ Advantage – Ordering, IT, PPE, Amazon
+ Oracle – for timesheets and expenses
+ Smartway – for booking desks and meeting rooms
+ Bluepoint - for booking guests into the building
+ MarkView – for approving invoices
+ FCM – for booking travel
