Full-time Administrative Assistant
Humanities Division, Radcliffe Humanities, Woodstock Road, Oxford
Grade 5
This is an opportunity for a full-time administrative assistant at the Radcliffe Humanities building, Woodstock Road
You will provide administrative support for the Humanities Divisional Office and The Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities (TORCH). You will have responsibilities connected to the smooth running of both the office and the building, including liaising with the University’s Facilities Management Team. You will also provide administrative support to the members of the Senior Team, including diary management.
This full time role requires tact, discretion, reliability and a welcoming disposition. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, and proven administrative and IT skills. You will be able to work independently, be pro-active, well-organised, pay attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a team.
