Applications are invited for a proactive Assistant to the Director and Development Department Administrator who will work across the Development & Alumni Relations team and be primarily responsible for providing full administrative support across the team as well as some direct support to the Director of Development.
Applicants will have relevant administrative experience of working in a busy customer-based environment with the ability to deal with a variety of queries and issues with tact and sensitivity, demonstrable experience of planning itineraries, and managing complex diary commitments for senior staff, as well as experience of supporting a team’s day to day tasks to a high standard.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the RCA and its successful Development team as the new landmark campus in Battersea, designed by Herzog & de Meuron, opens. Having recently over-achieved and closed the capital element of the GenerationRCA fundraising campaign, the small but high-performing Development and Alumni Relations team is a fun, fast paced and collegiate team to be a part of.
As Administrator, you will make a genuine and direct impact by working closely with fundraisers and academics to craft compelling and exciting fundraising proposals to actively support the RCA and its students.
