Job Description :

Founded in 1837, the Royal College of Art is the world’s largest community of postgraduate art and design students. It is also the oldest art and design university in continuous operation and has been ranked as the world ‘s number 1 art & design university for a remarkable eight consecutive years (QS World Subject Rankings 2015-2022).

Applications are invited for a proactive Assistant to the Director and Development Department Administrator who will work across the Development & Alumni Relations team and be primarily responsible for providing full administrative support across the team as well as some direct support to the Director of Development.

Applicants will have relevant administrative experience of working in a busy customer-based environment with the ability to deal with a variety of queries and issues with tact and sensitivity, demonstrable experience of planning itineraries, and managing complex diary commitments for senior staff, as well as experience of supporting a team’s day to day tasks to a high standard.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the RCA and its successful Development team as the new landmark campus in Battersea, designed by Herzog & de Meuron, opens.
