About the role

Working in a team of 3 and reporting into the dealership controller, you will work to accurately maintain sales ledger, purchase ledger, nominal ledger, cash book and bank reconciliation, assist the Dealership Controller in month end/year end procedures and support in sales administration where necessary.

Posting cash received to relevant sales ledger accounts and reconciling the cash position of sales ledger on a regular basis.

Sole responsibility of cash book and bank reconciliation – To clear debtors and creditors ensuring intra-company balance agreement at month end.

Ensuring creditors are paid in timely fashion in order to maintain positive relationships with suppliers.

Posting of TVS invoices for parts to verify ensuring ledgers are clear.

Nominal Ledger & Balance sheet reconciliations and Support with budgeting & forecasting.

Experience to succeed

Strong background in finance with great interpersonal skills

Has used Kerridge in a previous role

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment remaining calm and communicating effectively

Have a track record of delivering results in a finance/sales admin capacity

Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business

Experience with automotive finance is a bonus
