A bit about the role...
Reporting to the Costa X Managing Director you will have the right blend of digital marketing and B2B marketing expertise to be able to develop impactful marketing plans. Responsible for the comms development ad full funnel marketing activation strategy to make Costa the most loved and talked about brand

• Develop and own B2B digital and sales programs that drive sales leads and revenue.
• Support industry partnerships and events and the sales team’s collateral and presentation needs.
• Develop market intelligence and insights to inform marketing strategy and secure thought leadership position in the category.
• Champion best practice and ensure consistency across the brand.

• Strong understanding of all facets of B2B marketing: growth and demand generation, content and brand, digital product marketing, events, and customer marketing.
• Leadership of B2B multiyear strategy development and its articulation on annual plans Leadership of B2B comm development and execution Deep understanding of b2B Innovation and portfolio strategy across different sectors and customer types.
• Expert understanding of using social media & technology platforms to position brands for thought leadership and create sales leads.
• Event marketing; planning and executing across multiple formats.
• General multi-channel experience, with a solid understanding of new techniques to target and engage business customers.
