Brand Communications Manager

Location: Europe Flexible

In this role you will tell our brand stories in an inspiring, compelling, and meaningful way.

What You’ll Do for Us:

Lead an integrated approach to the development and implementation of communications plans in coordination with the Marketing team, maximizing brand communications with a variety of stakeholders: government, media, civil society, and communities.

  • Develop strong insights-driven, cross-channel brand communication plans for Europe
  • Coordinate the implementation of brand communication plans with European countries
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the global Brand PR team
  • Provide expert input to Marketing and market campaigns/initiatives with Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability perspective, making sure that our brand messages are in line with our corporate messages, ESG agenda and with our company’s purpose
  • Lead, in conjunction with a network of people and functions in European and global teams, the company’s brand communication strategy and implementation with the goal to promote awareness and reputation.
  • Coordinate with the other areas of the function and with other functions on KPIs and metrics to measure the success of brand communications and company brand initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in Communications, Journalism, ideally in roles involving Marketing, with responsibility for brand communications
  • Experiences in Media, Public Policy, Digital or Social Media
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Business, commercial, marketing acumen
  • Effective, clear and meticulous writing and storytelling skills with obsessive attention to detail
  • Solid experience in providing communication for brands
  • Experience in working with other areas, such as Marketing, Sustainability and Public Policy functions
  • Collaborative, network- and learning oriented mindset, experience with stakeholder management
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong ability to lead consensus and reach negotiated solutions
  • Experience in developing strategic communication plans and measuring their impact
  • Demonstrated experience in driving agreement within an organization


Travel requirements:

  • 30% of travel required in Europe
