We have an opportunity for a solutions driven and experienced Business Analyst, to use their strong analytical and people engagement skills on a major global project.

The Technology Simplification workstream focuses on the elimination of technical debt and standardisation of enterprise IT solutions, reducing their consumption (e.g. data storage) and integrating isolated business areas.

This Business Analyst role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis, predominantly working from home with occasional travel to WTW offices for face to face meetings. You will be aligned to our Technology Simplification initiative, which has 5 sub workstreams and a team of 60+ globally with a mix of employees, contractors, suppliers and specialist vendors like Microsoft. There are unique opportunities that will allow personal growth and development in project delivery, data analysis, change management, agile delivery and using all MS tools.

The Role

• Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of Technology Simplification.
• Work with stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function, or product provided. Consider opportunities and potential risks.
• Analyse test results and end users feedback and recommend changes.
• Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendations.
• Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern.
• Produce written documentation to support work, report on findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary. Support staff and teams by making recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues.
• Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.

The Requirements

• Demonstrable relevant experience as a Business Analyst. Project experience on Network transformations would be beneficial.
• Significant testing experience (e.g. system, UAT and performance testing, designing test cases).
• Collate information across various technology streams and deliver documentation in the standard predefined format. Align with other workstreams to ensure consistency of data gathering and data presentation.
• Review risk registers across technology workstreams managing items through to resolution.
• Co-ordinate with PMO aligned to the program to support project deliverables.
• Schedule meetings and provide the agenda and subsequent minutes whilst tracking outstanding actions.
