An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their welcoming team.

The Business Analyst will be a part of the IT project delivery function. This will involve creating process and functional specifications and requirements. To utilise your knowledge and skills to carryout effective analysis of business requirements to pin point IT capabilities and improve colleague and customer experience.

To challenge current process and suggest more effective ways of working. To develop ‘as is’/‘to be’ journeys and processes. To carryout Business Analyst duties in line with best standards and practices. To develop a UAT framework and carryout testing. To identify opportunities that would benefit the business. To produce findings and present these to colleagues across the business.

What the Business Analyst will need:

• BPSS/NPPV Clearance

• Previous experience in a Business Analyst role

• Good understanding of capability-based solution design

• Ability to adapt knowledge/skills in line with project requirements

• Good experience of the following: Six Sigma, journey mapping, use cases, concept modelling, MOST, SWOT, MoSCoW
