Who are we looking for

We’re always looking forward, and as we continue our growth, that’s why we’re looking to add another Business Analyst to our product team to help support our ambitious plans.

Our Business Analysts work with internal and external stakeholders to understand the problems we want to solve (the problem space) and then drive discussions with development leads to identify solution ideas (the solution space).

What you’ll do

 This person will be a key part of the Sprint Team, eliciting requirements in the iterative development of solutions as well as providing insight, analysis, and support for other tasks undertaken by the cross-functional sprint team.

 The role also supports our Product Manager in the ongoing management of product backlogs and roadmaps.

 The agile business analyst will show a methodical, analytical approach to problem solving and is confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

 They are able to communicate with all stakeholders clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. They are self-motivated, proactive, embrace change, and comfortable with uncertainty.

We were born in 2007 in Edinburgh, with the idea for the For-Sight CRM platform arising from issues hotels were having using the vast amounts of data they have on their guests to drive great marketing and a better experience.

We help hospitality businesses unlock opportunities to increase the lifetime value and experience of each guest at every stage of the guest journey. With customers throughout the UK & Ireland, as well as internationally, we work with some businesses, such as The Belfry, Kew Hotels, Dalata Plc, RBH Hospitality Management and many, many more.

We operate remotely, but we’d provide you with everything you need to make sure you’re able to work comfortably and efficiently from home. If you’re not based in Edinburgh, this role, would require travel.
