Business Analyst EMEA

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who will have full responsibility for developing and delivering our IT project requirements. You will manage numerous projects including reporting and provide expertise in the IT project space to all our divisions within EMEA.

What you will be doing:

As Business Analyst EMEA you will report to the Senior Manager IT, EMEA, and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Leading and owning the delivery life cycle of respective processes with stakeholders ensuring effective change management and adoption of new ways of working/automated solutions
• Working with process owners/SMEs to assess, identify and prioritise opportunities/demands driven by business prioritise and benefits
• Working closely with developers to understand and assist with the creation of their solution design, ensuring they deliver a solution that meets the business requirements
• Production of effective reporting to track performance and benefits
• Maintaining positive, constructive, team-oriented attitude as well as sound judgment in all job responsibilities.

The candidate we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, or BCS qualification at practitioner level, or relevant industry experience
• Previous experience/working knowledge of business process analysis from automation perspective, to aid a quick understanding of new opportunities that require evaluation
• Strong demonstrable business/process analysis experience in process improvement
• Experience of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Good understanding of operation of relevant enterprise applications is preferable
• Excellent communication skills
• English proficiency. Knowledge of another European language would be advantageous
• Although this is a remote function, we would like you to come to our Oxford office when required. Able to travel up to 10% of the time in the EMEA region.
