About the team

The Enablement team supports Operate in developing its people, processes, performance and technology for individuals, teams and entire programmes. Enablement’s effectiveness and service delivery are business critical to Operate’s commercial and strategic success - it's through our diverse and highly skilled people that we're able to support a range of activities, providing ‘best in practise’ frameworks that enable success and make a difference.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of Business Analysis to include complex projects in a regulatory driven space

  • Technical understanding of data frameworks, value cycles, business processes, business requirements, UAT and quality control methodologies

  • An analytical and sceptical mindset with an ability to develop solutions to technical and process problems

About the Role

Due to PwC winning exciting new work, we are urgently looking for Business Analysts to join the firm. The role is underpinned by technology which is used to provide our clients with accurate data reports. The role will therefore require an open mindset to leveraging technology in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of each role will vary depending on client needs but will likely include:

  • Supports both the transition of new engagements into Operate and the enhancement of existing engagements, with post go live support

  • Understanding of data reports and data visualisation (e.g. experience with data visualisation tools) and preparing business requirements, documenting ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes and delivering process flows

  • Experience of making prompt and practical business decisions and offering excellent Stakeholder management of relationships/expectations

  • Writing and designing process maps whilst working closely with both the project teams and the relevant business LoS to ensure processes are fully understood and documented

  • Time management activity feeding into delivery planning

  • Leads in the creation of Standard Business Operating Procedures and Processes at a detailed level

  • Leads in the review of assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and identifies operational, financial and technological risks as well as identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, target operating model/FTE calculations

  • Coordinating project input and change management and writing process documentation with user experience understanding with RAID Log input
