We are looking for a proactive and customer focussed Business Analyst to play a key role in the design of services and process improvements across the university to support the University’s vision and strategic plan, making a real difference to our staff and students.
You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for service design and business process improvement. A critical thinker, you will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the strategic business objectives and drivers. You will gain understanding of the current processes using tools such as root cause analysis, voice of the customer, gap and data analysis, through which you will establish and focus on the key priorities to drive future improvements and results.
