This placement could see you work within any of our brands and business functions. You could gain valuable experience working in Operations, Commercial functions, in Transformational Change Delivery, or even across HR, Procurement, and Health, Safety and Environment. Our broad range of roles include project management, commercial analytics, process design, operational support and many more. Our Graduate Program will also offer you the unique opportunity of managing a team from the get-go.

What You Will Need We’re looking for students who have a genuine desire to lead, along with customer focus, a passion for collaboration and a continuous improvement mindset. You also need to be:

• Expecting a 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Master’s)

• Right to work in the UK

• Free to start your internship on 20 June 2023

• Looking to start your Graduate career in 2024

• An interest in management (from people to processes and projects)
