At Best2care we are looking to recruit Care Assistants who can help promote independence and dignity and positively enhance the lives of the individuals.

Care Assistant - Key Duties:

• Provide a high level of care to our residents ensuring their wellbeing.
• Provide personal care, maintaining a high level of hygiene.
• Accurately recording observations in accordance with the resident’s conditions.
• Supporting our residents to maintain their independence.
• Identifying and assisting with residents’ needs.
• Serving meals.
• Assisting our residents as necessary.

Care Assistant - Requirements:

• A willingness to commit to our shift patterns which are 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. You choose the shift you work on a flexible basis.
• You need to be willing to commit to at least 20 hours a week and be willing to work on at least one weekend a month.
• Previous experience of working in the care sector and will have knowledge or life experience of caring for the elderly is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.
• A caring personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form.

Hourly rate:

£13.00 per hour for people using the company car (if available)

£15.00 per hour for people using their own car
