Your team

In this position, you will be a part of the Global Client Facing Security team and responsible for managing the Client relationship from a security governance perspective throughout the lifecycle of Avaloq SaaS and BPaaS Services for our clients in the banking market. You can expect a demanding and complex international environment which is highly stimulating and engaging. The international growth of the company demands your structured and innovative approach, as well as flexibility to a high degree. This role will also give you the opportunity to act as the information security manager for the UK business, meaning you have real scope and ownership of the entire lifecycle.

Your mission

• You will act as main counterpart for our clients for all security related topics or issues
• Contribute to the definition of the client specific security baseline and act as single point of contact for client audit execution and provide support on demand for specific client audit request linked to the security domain
• Act in a consultative and advisory manner for internal and external colleagues regarding security topics and support the opportunity management process by providing subject matter expertise and support
• You will be a single point of contact for clients in the case of any security incidents
• Escalate criticalities and potential risks to internal security and risk departments
• Manage the Security SLA governance
• Act as local Information Security Manager

What you need

• You are an information security expert with experience in customer facing roles (bonus points if experienced in the financial sector)
• Strong proven track record of delivery in a similar role
• Experience with security guidelines from financial supervisory authorities including security standards or assurance frameworks (i.e. ISO27001)
• Good composure, presentation, and communication skills
• You are a strong team player with the desire to share knowledge and develop others

You will get extra points for the following

• Certification as Security Professional, Information Security Manager or Information Security Auditor
