Office based 8.30am-5.30pm

An international investment firm require a Corporate Receptionist join their small growing London team to support with the front of house duties of the office but also involved with some light admin tasks.

  • Previous experience working within the financial services/professional services sector desirable not essential
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls efficiently and transferring to the relevant team/person
  • Order stationery
  • Looking after post and deliveries
  • Assisting with any office events
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Filing scanning and archiving
