Summary:

This is a customer focused Corporate Recruiter role with the focus of executing sourcing strategies to drive pipeline of candidates and full life cycle recruiting for multiple business functions. This is an opportunity to be in a high-visibility role as part of a small, cohesive, and highly productive team. You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR partners. You will perform candidate generation, candidate and hiring manager engagement, push back when needed, and provide amazing customer service.


This role requires a collaborative, results-oriented individual who is able to balance multiple priorities and make decisions. A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Experience in a global, rapid, complex and ever-changing work environment with a high-volume workload is a must. This role requires someone to be dedicated to developing a strong, diverse, and collaborative organization, have a strong work ethic, a passion for managing the details within a growing global business and willing to contribute where/when necessary.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Recruit passive and active candidates. Screen candidates, articulate position requirements clearly for a variety of skill and experience levels, and provide timely, detailed interview notes in our ATS
  • Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end including managing scheduling and logistics for all interviews between your candidates and hiring managers while owning full life cycle responsibilities.
  • Building deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics and form recruiting plans.
  • Developing sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates through methods such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc.
  • Research, recommend, and participate in industry relevant events, including campus recruiting and conferences/meetups
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within our mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Work with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
  • Perform onboarding responsibilities of new employees.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high tech SaaS company.
  • Proven deep client management expertise including partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
  • Successful background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard to fill roles, and diversity.
  • The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the hiring team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Act with integrity, credibility and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous organization skills are a must.
  • Comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate resolutions
  • Understands the “big picture” and can juggle many priorities
  • Strong sense of urgency and drive to produce results
