You will be working with a team of customer service advisors and will provide administrative support to the team. Communicating in a confident and clear manner.

Demonstrable experience in driving sales, improving service levels, managing cost control and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Have worked in a sales environment previously where you will have focused on needs based selling- this can be face to face or on the phone.

Familiarise yourself with the products sold in store, be able to direct customers in store, and describe the benefits of organic and natural products.

Applying a software engineering and product development lens to business problems, creating, scaling and deploying software driven products and services.
