Our company has experienced rapid growth and we’re looking for results-driven sales people with experience in picking up warm leads and converting them into sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales executive to join a rapidly growing training academy and earn a realistic OTE of £40K± with a basic salary of £20k DOE.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fun, energetic, motivated individual

• Proven track record in working towards and exceeding targets

• Comes to work to earn commission and not just the basic salary

• Ideally experience in a sales environment (telemarketing, cold calling, customer services, retention or online sales)

• Highly organised and target-driven, isn’t afraid to pick the phone up

• Fast learner who is able to familiarise themselves with the ins and outs of our products within a short period of time.

• Reliable and comfortable working in an office environment.

• IT Literate - most of our leads come via social media which we then get fed into a CRM so experience using software such as Monday, Oracle or any other CRMs is an advantage.

About the role:

We get a high amount of inquiries and warm leads through our social channels and our website, you’ll be picking these leads up converting them into sales.

You’ll be working closely with the Sales Team Leader and student support team and you’ll have a team of trainers who are experts in our products to go to for any questions and best practices.

We pride ourselves on our clear salary package:

Our current Course Advisors close between 23-25 deals a week. Commissions are uncapped and our top hitters can easily earn on average £3,000 - £4,000 commission per month.
