Creative Graphic Designer (no freelancers please)

What we’re looking for!

• Educated to HND or Degree level in a Graphic Design based qualification or equivalent experience in a creative design environment.

• Expert knowledge using specialist industry standard software of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus.

• Strong conceptual skills, including high level sense of creative, design, layout and typography. Someone who is able to offer a variety of design solutions and the adaptability and experience to respond to critique.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• To be able to implement new and best creative design practices.

• Ability to motivate and provide support and direction to the wider graphic design team.

• Ability to provide creative approaches to problem solving to give an appropriate and effective outcome with an appreciation of longer-term implications.

Reliable and conscientious, you will work in the creative team, which is a key function of our award-winning agency, striving in the fast-paced environment where you’ll be working to tight (but realistic) creative deadlines.

If so, this is what you’ll be doing…

Working full-time from Monday-Friday (9am-5.30pm) and reporting to the Creative Team Manager, you will create compelling marketing communications to be used on a wide range of channels both traditional (print) and digital.

Your creative work will be used for offline and online advertising, branding, marketing, website, email, display, and print campaigns to make our clients more successful.

Your annual salary

The annual salary for this position will range from £24,000 to £32,000 dependent upon skillset and experience. You will also be enrolled onto our workplace pension scheme after your successful probationary period.

Where you will be located

You will primarily be based from our privately owned, purpose-built office facilities located on Shepcote Lane, Sheffield situated not far from the famous Meadowhall shopping centre. MB House provides a great working environment for our teams, and we are easily accessible by road, tram, and bus. We also currently offer flexible working from home for all members of our team, where it meets the needs of the business.
