Burgerism

Manchester, England

Job ID : 66467151325352435234625a6e46524b4a773d3d

Job Description :

Burgerism is a Manchester made concept. We focus primarily on delivery and collection and offer high-quality, freshly made food at a fair price. We have a straightforward menu and aim for perfection every time. Our kitchen is dynamic and diverse and offers a challenging but fun and respectful workplace. We are a modern, team-first organisation looking to work with exceptional people that are excited about the work that we do.

We're looking for sound, committed team players. We definitely have the most welcoming kitchen in Manchester but we'd also say the friendliest. And that's what matters to us. No bad eggs allowed, literally or figuratively. And definitely no egos. It's just not our vibe.

So hit us up if you'd fit the bill. Experienced? Great. Inexperienced? Also great. We'll show you the Burgerism way and gladly train you to standard. And we'll give you a heap of purpose too - as we've become the busiest burger spot in the city, smashing patties for over 5,000 people every week. Lots of people really care about the work we do each and every shift.

What we offer:

  • An opportunity to become a part of a great team in a growing business.
  • Food on us when on-shift and 30% discount off-shift.
  • A Burgerism crew uniform
  • Regular Burgerism team events.
  • Genuine opportunity to grow and develop both personally and professionally.
  • Guaranteed two days off per week.
  • An exciting crew share of the bonus pot.
  • Pay review after the first 3 months, then every 6 months.

We would love to speak to you and talk about your experience.
