Part-time Customer Experience Advisor

Location: Home working - Commutable to Poole, Dorset

Pay: £13.50 per hour – Self-employed + opportunity of earn bonus and commission

Hours: 20-30 hours. Must include 8 hours on Fridays and a minimum of 4 hours on Saturdays. Other hours flexible to meet business needs between the hours of 09:30 and 20:00.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Self Employed Customer Experience Advisor to join our well established company, which prides itself on providing five-star premium products and customer service.

We are looking for someone keen to learn with a great, ‘can-do’ attitude and previous customer service and telephone sales skills. Full product and system training will be given. You will be spending most of your working day on the telephone in the heart of the business, dealing with customers, surveyors, fitters and suppliers to ensure the best customer journey.

This is a new role, which has been created to support the company’s next period of growth. It is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, flexible, customer focused individual to play an important part in contributing to the company’s further success.

You will be working from home, however, as the team grows you may be required to work at least 2 days a week in the office in Poole, Dorset.

Responsibilities:

• Qualifying and confirming appointments from enquiries
• Booking appointments for the sales surveyors and fitting teams
• Keeping and updating the appointment and fitting diaries
• Ensuring sales orders from customers are handled promptly
• Maintaining accurate records
• Making customer service calls
• Taking card payments
• Administration support

Required experience:

• Telephone customer service/sales experience
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to prioritise own workload with excellent time management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
