The Customer Experience Advisor is a key role within our NCS teams. You will be on the front line, delivering an outstanding level of customer service to young people, parents and guardians. You’ll be bringing exceptional listening, and able to accurately follow-up queries.

Day to day you’ll be responsible for contact from young people to help convert interest into sign-ups for our programmes using a consultative sales approach.

This role will be remote

What you’ll be doing as one of our Customer Experience Advisors

  • Making outbound calls to potential young people and parents/guardians who have enquired about the NCS programme
  • Convert interest from telephone enquiries, email and warm leads into sign-ups using a consultative sales approach
  • Communicate with enquirers though a variety of mediums including phone, email and SMS.
  • Promoting a positive view of the Ingeus’ Programmes and address any concerns raised by young people / parents or schools

To be a Customer Experience Advisor you will have

  • Experience of working within a target driven environment
  • Work experience within a call centre environment
