Cotswold Cheltenham is looking for a Customer Experience Host/Receptionist.
Your role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Host/Receptionist to join our dynamic and talented team at Cotswold Motor Group.
As a Host, you will be focused on ensuring that each customer’s requirements are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer care is reached.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers entering the business
- Ensure customer online leads are acknowledged and passed to the correct departments.
- Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure all customer enquiries are answered.
- Ensuring full, clear communication with customers to understand their needs.
- Answering and distributing inbound calls.
Working hours: Tuesday 8:00-6:00, Thursday 8:00-1:00 and every other Saturday 8:00-2:00.
Your profile
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a busy and demanding role and be able to quickly establish and build rapport with customers. Previous customer experience is preferable but not essential.
