What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping customers to book their worldwide car hire, giving a consultative, tailored solution to meet their travel needs.
  • Handling customer objections positively and spotting opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers.
  • Looking for ways to upsell to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
  • Most importantly, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.

What you need to do it:

  • You’ll love helping people and have a real passion for making customers feel special.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English.
  • You’ll be target driven, competitive and money hungry.
  • You’ll have a positive, motivated mindset that’ll help you deal with some tricky customer problems.
  • You’ll take ownership of your work and will have excellent soft skills – including listening, motivating and communicating.
  • You’ll be resilient, organised and committed.
  • You’ll have a desire to work in a fun and fast-paced environment where you’ll love to embrace different cultures, nationalities and languages.
