No experience is not a problem, successful candidates will undergo training in quality customer acquisition taught by experienced team account managers who have already ran successful residential, B2B and event campaigns within The Ignite Team.

The Role:

• On target earnings.
• Uncapped commission
• Monday to Friday (weekend availability)
• Part-time roles available - 3 required days.
• Working alongside clients to meet KPIs and manage their brand exposure.
• Have the opportunity to conduct training sessions.
• Working on a customer basis, developing, and building rapport to ensure long-term and quality customers for our clients.
• The opportunity to grow individually and as part of a team.
• Become proficient in all aspects of our sales process, covering HR, PR and Sales.
