Our Customer Service Adviser roles will give you a unique insight into the various services we offer Islanders. From working with people to access and calculate financial benefits such as Income Support, to supporting with retirement and care packages or welcoming newcomers to the Island with Registration Cards. Our roles
As we continue to make services more accessible our advisors support customers over the phones with queries and form submission as well as face to face enquiries including payments and claims.
Skills and attributes we are looking for:
Empathetic and compassionate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Financial understanding and being comfortable with numerical calculations are helpful in some roles
Adaptable and approachable
A desire to develop oneself in a professional civil service career.
