The role

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for high levels of customer service and satisfaction and ensuring any issues raised by our customers is resolved in an efficient manner following internal policies and procedures. Managing all Customer related queries and following up on any bookings.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous Customer Service and Sales experience in a same or similar role i.e. Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Hospitality, Leisure, Sales setting is desirable.
