We currently have some full time and part time opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to join our Contact Centre team. The role is the first point of contact for our customers, and you can look forward to having rewarding, problem solving conversations with customers every single day. This is a key role in leading our company-wide drive to deliver customer service excellence, if you have what it takes to help us deliver then we want to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who has skills and experience of:

• Working in a customer focused environment dealing with enquiries on the telephone.

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

• A commitment to getting it right first time by resolving queries professionally and competently.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds, and be able to deal with sensitive situations.

• Confidence, humour and the ability to help diffuse difficult conversations.

• Basic understanding of the practical workings of building maintenance.

• Flexibility to working hours to meet business demands

• Experience in customer service focused work in either a face to face or customer service telephony environment

While the role is home based, during your induction you will be required to work from our Group offices in Worcester or Solihull to attend training.
