The role sits within Bioquell which forms part of Ecolab’s Life Science division. Our aim is to deliver world class customer service to Bioquell customers, distributors and overseas offices. Our customers are in the business of saving lives so they expect great service. We are focused on providing exceptional products combined with a world-class level of aftercare.

What’s in it For You:

What You Will Do:

• Manage outbound calls, depending upon volume
• Handle all calls in a prompt and courteous manner
• Maintain working knowledge of products, accounts, Ecolab representatives, tools and dispensing systems
• Complete a call on screen accurately while speaking with the customer
• Process orders, literature requests, and applies information to our customers
• Develop technical and mechanical proficiency to assist customers and field staff with dispenser system issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• Secondary diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, call center or professional business environment is preferred.
• Excellent Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate with customers and colleagues to meet delivery time scales and manage expectations
• Fully competent on Excel and Word
