Are you looking for a part-time, seasonal job based in the Trafford Centre that’s full of FUN? Who wouldn’t want to work in the ultimate indoor playground and what can only be described as a giant box of LEGO®?!

We are looking for weekend staff that can flex up their hours during peak periods throughout 2023, including February half-term, Easter, May half-term, Summer and Christmas.

What you need

• You'll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment
• Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour
• Excellent communicator who loves to get along with people of all ages
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
• To be available to work weekends and bank holidays

Working here feels pretty unique and our Customer Service Assistants are a vital ingredient in the guest experience. Therefore, we’re looking for people who strive for the best, are guest focused, and radiate passion and enthusiasm.

In these varied roles you may be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on LEGO related goodies, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative. You could also be working in our 4D cinema or even LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Café, helping guests take a break from building!

You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. You could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction! The attraction is open daily and so flexibility towards working hours is needed.
