You will join our vibrant and welcoming Contact Centre team who are proud of the high level of service we provide for our customers.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will use your excellent communication skills and professional and friendly manner to support customers with queries or complaints.
Taking an average of 40 calls per day , you will assist members of the public in a range of services which may include Registration, Blue Badges Libraries and Bus Passes.
You will be required to work using your own initiative and judgement as well as work effectively as part of a team.
You will respond to customer queries through different channels such as telephone, e-mail and web chat.
You'll:
The hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday only.
Successful candidates will be supported to develop in this role through a week’s comprehensive training in our Stafford office as well as continuous support and development to enable you to reach your full potential.
