Shifts: Rotating between 7am and 11pm Monday – Sunday.
Please note that this is a hybrid role, successful candidates will be required to work onsite 1-2 times per week. Therefore you must live within a commutable distance
As a Barclays Customer Service Executive you will be part of a dedicated team with an inclusive and knowledge exchanging culture. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating an exceptional client experience through a wide variety of inbound telephony calls. Hybrid Working
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances
