Drive our business through data

You’ll be placed within one of our Network Operations teams, focusing on either Governance and Finance or Operations. These teams exploit data sources to find trends and drive transformation across Virgin Media O2. Our Operations team find ways to use data that hasn’t been utilised to its max, while our Governance and Finance team draw conclusions from data and use trends to make change happen.

Build skills for the future

As an apprentice, you will look into the data we have available and find new ways we can use it to measure performance and insights. You will be using tools to create reports that enable important decisions to be made, impacting our future. Responsibilities you could take on include:

Where system updates mean existing reports cease to work, you’ll recreate and rebuild replacement reports from our existing portfolio

Automating our operations by investigating how we can remove manual tasks throughout the business

Publishing Business Operations information campaigns regularly

Identifying areas for improvements across our processes, communications, tools and reporting

We’re looking for someone that can use their own initiative and isn’t afraid to ask questions about what we’re doing, the way we work and why it’s happening. You’ll join on a starting salary of £23,000 and on successful completion of the apprenticeship final salaries start from £28,000, as well as holding a Level 4 Data Analyst qualification under your belt.
