We are looking for an experienced, proactive and passionate individual to join our newly formed Customer Experience Team.

You will provide insight to the business using the data collected on customer experience and feedback to enable us to shape, inform and improve services to customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of data analysis and reporting
• Experience of providing actionable insight and business intelligence
