As a Data Analyst your job is to help deliver the Strategic Property Planning function by providing data analysis and insight on the performance of our housing stock. You’ll work with the SPP Policy Planning and Performance Manager to measure and monitor the Bromford Home Standard and evaluate progress to plan as well as working with colleagues from across the business to evaluate data and to support in the production of a prioritised SPP long term pipeline for review.
This is a busy role where you will help to produce a pipeline of opportunities, contribute to options appraisals on existing assets and be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Asset Appraisal Model. You will also provide support in the development of future SPP policy and Home Standard. We will want you to undertake analysis of Bromford’s housing stock and identify opportunities for disposal, investment or regeneration; providing data analysis and insight to support the SPP Team in delivering strategic projects and reviews, and in the development of future policies.
Knowledge and experience within the property or housing field isn’t essential, we will provide comprehensive training. However the right approach, willingness to learn and excellent Excel skills are essential. You’ll need to be able to communicate well with colleagues across the business, working effectively to purposefully analyse data and help solve problems that will enable our customers to thrive.

This is a roaming role which includes office and regular home working, as such your base office can be any of our main locations of Tewkesbury (GL20), Wolverhampton (WV10), Lichfield (WS13) or Chipping Sodbury (BS37)
