Job Description :
You will be required to read through project documents and sift the relevant information required and add to a spreadsheet i.e., populating data fields for records from personal insolvency arrangement and Data protection impact assessments. Populating data fields for records from systems retention project spreadsheet; working with stakeholders/owners on completion of supplementary questionnaires under direction of data protection lead
- An understanding of/ability to quickly grasp the data requirements and what information to look for to populate the records.
- An understanding of/ability to quickly grasp the more technical requirements - international data transfers, safeguards, technical/organisational security measures, retention/deletion etc.
- Ability to confidently review PIAs/DPIAs as well as emails stored within folder in a timely manner - 3-6 reviews to be completed a day.
- Understanding of/ability to quickly get to grips with procurement process - so that the individual can identify what is relevant contracts/GDPR schedule and if more up-to-date information is required
