We are currently recruiting for Data Entry administrators within Data Protection to work within a financial Intuition based in Canary Wharf. Fully home working. hours 9-5pm Monday - Friday. Start asap for 3 months. £15ph - £17ph (depending on experience)

You will be required to read through project documents and sift the relevant information required and add to a spreadsheet i.e., populating data fields for records from personal insolvency arrangement and Data protection impact assessments. Populating data fields for records from systems retention project spreadsheet; working with stakeholders/owners on completion of supplementary questionnaires under direction of data protection lead

• An understanding of/ability to quickly grasp the data requirements and what information to look for to populate the records.
• An understanding of/ability to quickly grasp the more technical requirements - international data transfers, safeguards, technical/organisational security measures, retention/deletion etc.
• Ability to confidently review PIAs/DPIAs as well as emails stored within folder in a timely manner - 3-6 reviews to be completed a day.
• Understanding of/ability to quickly get to grips with procurement process - so that the individual can identify what is relevant contracts/GDPR schedule and if more up-to-date information is required

You must have previous experience in Data Protection, GDPR, understanding PIA (personal insolvency arrangement) a legal background would be an advantage but not essential.
