1to1 Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing creative global business, to be based at their offices and Warehouse in Winchester. They also have a flagship showroom in London as well as a sales office in South London and also has a showroom in New York City with a second showroom shortly, and a warehouse in New Jersey.
The role of Data Entry Administrator is to work in the accounts department to support with all data and administration entries. There is no progression in this role currently and would suit an individual who enjoys data and working in a friendly environment.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Accounts Receivable: Applying cash receipts to customer accounts, reconciliation and collection of customer balances and processing of refunds
- Accounts Payable: Processing vendor invoices and making payments to suppliers
- Processing bank transactions
- Preparing journals for day-to-day and month-end transactions where required
- Various daily, weekly & monthly internal reporting requirements

- Analytical, methodical and numerical with a high level of attention to detail and proven accuracy
- A positive attitude, friendly and personable
- A good communicator; able to communicate with all levels of personnel within and outside of the business
- Adaptable, organized and conscientious
- Takes the initiative, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Undaunted by sometimes large volume of transactions
- Comfortable with working autonomously, but also as part of a wider team
- A good working knowledge of Excel would be beneficial, and the ability to learn IT systems quickly
