Job description

• Enter customer tickets into accounting system.

• Processing, matching, and coding invoices.

• Investigate anomalies and deal with supplier queries.

• General accounts administration.

• Run daily reports.

• Assisting finance department in various areas.

Key Skills

• A high level of numeracy understanding.

• Ability to do simple formulas on Excel.

• Excellent people and communication skills.

• Good attention to detail and highly organised with good time management skills.

• Excellent IT Skills including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday, 6am – 11.30am

Salary: £10.60/ hour
