The role will be an integral part of the wider Finance and Business Intelligence directorate, supporting the delivery and development of improved performance across organisation.

The postholder will be responsible for leading on specific programmes of work, working in collaboration with the wider FBI directorate, and other internal and external stakeholders. The postholder will be innovative in creating insight that drives great care close to home using techniques and knowledge including analytics and statistics.

The postholder will work with clinical and corporate teams to analyse a wide range of performance data, interpret and report on results. They will present this information to support decisions so that solutions can be reached, or decisions regarding future service planning can be made. They will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with the Data Architects, Portfolio Managers, Senior Analysts and others in an open, transparent and collaborative manner, sharing good practice and seeking to continuously improve the quality of outputs.

This postholder will have a clear line of sight to patients and work collaboratively across the FBI directorate and beyond. They will identify complex business problems whilst leveraging data value and will provide advice and guidance on the analysis of this data and develop strategies to solve complex business problems.
