As part of the Data Innovation team, you will be responsible for enabling growth programmes drawing on your experience with data analysis tools and techniques.

This role requires a high level of innovative analytical thinking coupled with accomplished problem solving, strong technical capability, proven stakeholder management, reporting expertise and excellent communication skills.

You will support the delivery of the data innovation agenda, which is focused on finding and delivering new ways of using data within our organisation. Key to this is delivering solutions to a variety of stakeholders, understanding their challenges, and working collaboratively to deliver value via data analysis.

This is a hybrid role based in our Swindon office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Data Innovation team in driving additional value through extending data-focused innovation through the entire organisation.
• Deliver both reactive and proactive data science projects to the Business demonstrating the incremental business value achieved.
• Ensure effective mechanisms are in place to understand user needs, prioritise work, and deliver appropriate data.
• Together with the team, shepherd projects from concept through execution and post-project evaluation.
• Assist in identifying and overcoming data deficiencies and gaps in analytical capabilities.
• Support the innovation agenda within the wider business
• Build effective relationships across the Openwork Partnership to drive the change needed.
• Contribute to building the Openwork Data Community to ensure best practice across the Partnership.
