THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Digital team is the heart of our company!
In this vital role of Digital Account Manager at Bullet, be responsible for managing campaigns and driving results for a portfolio of our incredible fitness clients. You will work closely some of the best fitness studios in the world, collaborating with owners, managers and their internal teams who care deeply about the campaigns we deliver for them. It’s up to you to understand their business, get to know their teams and align with their culture, so you can build, manage and optimise highly effective paid ad campaigns that deliver a consistent flow of new people into their doors, ready to get fit and change their lives!!
Whilst you will have a tonne of support from Bullet; a well oiled system, industry experts to lean on and a finely tuned strategy to work within, this role will require a high degree of autonomy and pro-activity. The reason we are able to create stronger, longer partnerships with our clients is because we pair them with smart, personable and capable Digital Marketers who love going the extra mile to get results.
This is primarily a remote role. You are welcome to work from any location you choose, but we also know the importance of getting together as a team or meeting face to face with clients as often as we can, meaning this role is currently only open to people based in the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At Bullet, we believe skills can be taught - attitude and personality cannot. As a Digital Account Manager at Bullet you will need to be a self-starter and a natural creative problem solver who can communicate ideas and solutions effectively with both clients and colleagues. We are looking for a reliable, punctual and committed team player to play an essential role in the business.
An active interest or past experience in fitness will also go a long way!

TECHNICAL: Very strong technical understanding of digital platforms, how they work and how to use them to benefit clients. Can demonstrate CRM experience and is savvy with Business Manager, Clickfunnels, Zapier, Canva, and reporting tools.
ANALYTICAL: High attention to detail and thorough when it comes to recording, analysing and interpreting data.
PROBLEM SOLVER: Naturally able to think of creative solutions to make the clients business more successful.

EMPATHETIC: Able to see things from clients and colleagues point of view and openly consider all perspectives.
