Kent County Council's Digital Transformation programme is an exciting opportunity to deliver digital change across the largest county council in the country. It’s an exciting time to join us. We're searching for people-focused digital advocates to join our new team. We’re focused on improving services for our residents and making our council truly digital. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team who will work collaboratively with colleagues across the whole organisation to deliver this.
Working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, you will work on a number of high priority digital change programmes across the organisation delivering digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity to join a new team, working alongside a Digital partner, to enable change that is both sustainable and inevitably delivers better digital services for our residents.
You will investigate business problems which could be solved using process improvement and digital services, addressing the root cause of a services challenges by using insight into specific digital trends and capabilities that could improve them.
