Are you an experienced Business Analyst within a Digital and Agile environment? We are recruiting a Digital Business Analyst to join the Testlab team, one of the work streams within the Digital Transformation side of Digital. The Testlab allows us to test strategically focused commercial propositions with our customers, delivering recommendations into the business on a 3-5 year horizon. The Testlab is a one of a kind platform, and we're constantly launching new capability to increase the reach and scope of what can be tested.
This role will support the Testlab Product Owner and development squad to enable our platform capability. It will be an instrumental role as part of relatively new team to help deliver new features and capability at pace, enabling us to unlock customer centric commercial opportunities.
The role of the Business Analyst is to support the Product Owner in creating and maintaining the product backlog, collaborating with the squad on critical items and identifying areas of improvement through analytical thinking and problem solving. The successful candidate will be critical in enabling a fast paced environment for change to happen in.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
  • Experience within an agile, digital squad
  • Experience working with a Commercial product
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Naturally curious about digital and a fast learner
The other stuff we're looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
  • Highly organised, self-driven with attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in extremely complex environments, at pace and with ambiguity
  • Strong inter-personal skills to ensure delivery across multiple stakeholders in very varied teams and disciplines
  • Strong working experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence and Jira
