About The Job

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, in particular a gun at Facebook Ads & Google Ads, looking to upscale their career. You’ll be responsible for the execution of campaign activity across digital marketing channels such as Paid Social Media, Search, Shopping, Display and Affiliates, aligned with brand marketing plans and timelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, development and execution of paid campaigns across all channels including Facebook, Google, Tiktok and Pinterest.
• Regularly testing advertising creatives and ad copies for all the paid channels and reporting on findings that will improve future outcomes
• Collate, analyse, optimise and produce timely and insightful reports for all paid marketing campaigns, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.
• Build audiences for targeting & retargeting across all relevant paid marketing channels
• Manage budgets across channels ensuring ad costs meet & remain within allocated monthly budgets
• Weekly reporting on key metrics, providing insightful commentary & identify opportunities for ongoing optimisations
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to deliver on business goals

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in the digital/paid media space
• Experience in SEM, Paid Social & display
• Technical knowledge of tracking & tags/pixels & Google Tag Manager preferred
• A passion for paid media & advertising technology in general is a must
• Strong analytical ability to identify gaps, understand opportunities through data analysis & present them to internal stakeholders
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail & prioritisation skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Proactive, can-do attitude; team player & strong work ethic
