What You’ll Do

  • Provide knowledge and expertise related to the scope and benefits associated with the Saama portfolio of machine learning driven, AI-enhanced clinical solutions that streamline and improve clinical research delivery and quality, as well as enable streamlined, dependable delivery timelines.
  • Act as the consistent, primary Saama single point of contact for your Customer with full accountability and empowerment for the delivery of all contracted Saama deliverables.

  • Based on your Customer feedback, provide actionable insight and guidance to current and future Saama product capabilities and participate in internal roadmap review forums.
  • Provide internal leadership and support for driving continual process improvement across the full Product Delivery organization with a keen focus on improving our customer delivery process.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on a discussion with your reporting manager.


Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in a life-sciences and/or data science field).
  • 10+ years work experience in the clinical research industry (preferably in the CRO, Biotech, Pharma, and/or Clinical Technology areas).
